One Lyric Square is a prominent 14-story office building located in the heart of Hammersmith, London, offering panoramic views across the city. Originally designed by Richard Seifert in the early 1970s, it underwent a significant refurbishment by architects Stiff + Trevillion, who revitalized the mid-century structure by decentralizing the plant, adding an airy penthouse floor, and creating a green terrace at the podium level. The refurbishment also revealed original travertine walls and a sculptural cantilevered staircase, enhancing the building’s architectural character. Currently, the building is managed by Fora Space, providing flexible workspaces, meeting rooms, and amenities such as a 13th-floor members’ bar and lounge, an on-site gym, and a café. Its prime location offers excellent connectivity, being just minutes away from Hammersmith station, facilitating easy access to various parts of London.​  We performed an after builder’s clean.
